Meet the Therapist

 I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor with 19 years of experience.  Life can be challenging, and therapy services at my practice are designed to help navigate stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts and parenting difficulties. In my practice, you will find a compassionate environment where you can explore your feelings, start healing and develop heathy coping strategies. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, heal from trauma, and provide clients with support towards empowerment so they can make positive changes in their lives.
